Cameroon can roar to World Cup final
Cameroon`s Bill Tchato is confident his team can make it the final of the World Cup in Japan and Korea.
"We have a real chance. We are not afraid of any teams, so I think we can go far," Tchato told BBC Sport Online.
"We can go to the semi-final, and why not the final?"
That would eclipse Cameroon`s best ever performance at the World Cup, in Italy in 1990, when they lost 3-2 in a quarter-final against England.
But Tchato said he was confident it could be achieved.
"I think our group is a very easy group because the Germans and Saudi Arabia are not very difficult for us," he revealed.
"Ireland have good players, but I think Cameroon have a lot of good players."
And he added that confidence was especially high following his team`s victory at the 2002 Nations Cup Final in Mali.
"We won the African Cup of Nations, which was very good for us, because we`ll go to Japan very strong," he stated.
