Espanyol : Kameni espère une grande saison
Le gardien de but international camerounais, Carlos Idriss Kameni (25 ans), affirme avoir prolongé son contrat avec l’Espanyol Barcelone parce qu’il a l’espoir de vivre une saison exaltante.
Le gardien de but international camerounais Carlos Idriss Kameni (25 ans) affirme avoir prolongé son contrat avec l’Espanyol de Barcelone parce qu’il a l’espoir de vivre une saison exaltante. Le Camerounais reconnaît que son équipe a vécu des moments très difficiles la saison dernière. « J’ai décidé de prolonger mon contrat parce que le club m’a assuré qu’on aurait les moyens de faire de bonnes choses. Nous travaillons dans ce sens et nous voulons retrouver la dynamique qui était la nôtre il n’y a pas très longtemps. Désormais, nous ferons en sorte de regarder droit devant... »
Pour finir, Kameni a rendu hommage à son coéquipier et ami Dani Jarque (26 ans), décédé le 8 août d’un arrêt du coeur : « Nous avons perdu Jarque, un vrai un lutteur, mais nous allons faire ce qu’il aurait aimé faire s’il avait été encore avec nous. »
