Barcelona president Joan Laporta has spoken informally with Espanyol goalkeeper Carlos Kameni about a move to the Nou Camp, it has been revealed.
AS says Laporta met with Kameni after seeing Cameroon play a World Cup qualifier against Libya.
Laporta was primarily in Africa earlier this summer for contract talks with Samuel Eto`o, but also took advantage of his visit to meet with Kameni.
The Cameroon No1 is seeking a new contract from Espanyol and Laporta knows his current buyout clause is an affordable £4 million.
