Barcelona and Cameroon striker Samuel Eto`o Fils is to appear before a judge in Spain on 7 April.
The reigning African Footballer of the Year, who will be in court in Palma, must answer charges of dangerous driving following a road accident on 10 October last year.
Eto`o, who is the top scorer in Spain this season,
