Group C: Tunisia Tipped Favorite (24.10.2005)
The Carthage Eagles will be out to defend their title in Egypt.
Group C is said to be the weakest group among the four that will take part in the 2006 African Cup of Nations in Egypt 2006. In this group, African champions, Tunisia, are the top favorites. In 1986, Bwalya, then a young striker, saw the Chipolopolo finish bottom of their group, but he did manage to score his first Nations Cup goal, against mighty Cameroon. Now their coach he will be hoping his players perform better than he and his team mates 20 years ago.
