Cameroon`s Thimothee Atouba has expressed his desire to quit English Premiership side Tottenham for German club Hamburg.
"I would be extremely happy to move to Hamburg," said Atouba.
"The club always conducts itself in a top class way and that says a lot."
Atouba does not fit into manager Martin Jol`s plans for next season. But he
stopped short of criticising him.
"If the club don`t think I`m capable of
playing regular first team football then it is time I looked elsewhere.
"I want to play for a club where I can play a pivotal role."
Spurs want at least US$3.4million for the unsettled player but Hamburg`s offer has come short of the figure.
