Argentina beat Tunisia 2-1 in the Confederations Cup`s opening match.
Jose Pekerman`s side took a two-goal lead through Juan Riquelme`s first-half penalty and a close-range 57th minute strike from Javier Saviola.
Tunisia won two
penalties, which were both awarded after Argentina keeper German Lux fouled Haykel Guemamdia.
Imed Mhadhebi missed the first penalty on 17 minutes but Guemamdia took the second himself on 72 minutes to reduce Argentina`s lead.
