Brazilian midfielder Perreira Adailton, whose naturalisation was granted last year, has been called up by new Tunisia team coach Henri Michel.
As the Tunisians prepare for the African Nations Cup, to be held in Mali in January, and the Korea/Japan World Cup finals next summer, former France and Morocco boss Michel has named a 22-man squad with eight foreign-based players.
Michel said: "We don`t have time to experiment and the best option is to start with those who qualified for the two championships. But it is not a closed list and additions could still be made."
Veteran goalkeeper Chokri El Ouaer, who
playsfor Genoa in Italy, heads the foreign legion which includes Hassen Gabsi, Khaled Badra, Imed Mhedhebi, Turkey-based Zoubeir Beya, Riadh Bouazizi, striker Abdel Sellimi and Ajax Amsterdam`s Hatem Trabelsi.
