Samuel Eto`o has revealed he would relish the chance to play alongside Thierry Henry for Barcelona, as speculation continues about the Arsenal captain`s future.
Despite indicating that he will stay in London, reports continue to link the Frenchman with a move to the Nou Camp as he is yet to agree a new deal with Arsenal.
Barca are known to be keen to sign the 28-year-old in the summer, with president Joan Laporta and Brazilian star Ronaldinho both making regular public
comments to try and persuade him to make the switch.
Now Cameroon frontman Eto`o, La Liga`s leading scorer, has stated that he would welcome Henry at Barca despite the possibility of more competition for starting places.
Speaking to the Catalan Daily Sport paper, Eto`o revealed: "I always say that the best players are always welcome and Henry is a great player.
"Whatever improves Barca is good for everyone there. If finally he comes to our dressing room, it will be good news for everyone."
