Everton boss Dave Moyes made his first signing for the club yesterday, completing the deal for Nigerian fullback Joseph Yobo.
Blues officials agreed a £5 million fee with Olympique Marseille on Sunday night and Yobo said `yes` to Moyes yesterday.

Everton must now wait, however, while the Department of Employment consider Yobo`s work permit claims.
